Ichumbi is derived from a Kifumbira word meaning “A cool and comfortable home.” Ichumbi Vacations was established from the need of our clients that wanted a trustworthy company that could handle their safaris. They experienced first hand; the hospitality and good service offered at the Ichumbi Hotels and Lodging and from these great experiences desired that we organise their safari trips to Uganda and neighbouring countries.
